Tickethero is the Danish ticketing system with one honest price and real people who help when something goes wrong.
We started in 2019
Andreas and Jesper built Tickethero because they were handling ticket sales for an event themselves and could not find a system that made sense. It is still the same job: get the tickets sold without anyone reading a manual.
We are small, and that is a choice
We are a small, independent Danish team, and we grow slowly. No investors who need growth fast, no foreign parent company adding new fees on top. That is why the price can stay one line.
The founders answer the support line themselves
Call the number and you get one of us. It is not a campaign, it is simply the shortest way from your problem to the person who can fix it. Support is open Monday to Friday, 9-15, and the number is +45 69 16 20 30.
Still here in ten years
We run Tickethero on our own money and have done since 2019. You should be able to plan your season without wondering whether the system exists next year.
