Terms for ticket buyers
Last updated 30 October 2022
1. Prices
Tickets and other goods include VAT.
2. Cancellations
An event counts as cancelled only if it does not take place. Changes to the event, such as time and venue, partial completion or a changed programme, do not count as a cancellation.
In the event of a cancellation, Tickethero assists with refunds. Delivery and ticket fees are not refunded.
If the date of an event is changed, the cardholder can get their money back if they are unable to attend on the new date.
3. Complaints
Any complaint concerning the event itself must be addressed directly to the organizer.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under section 18(2)(12) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, ticket purchases are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
5. Governing law and venue
The agreement and these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law, without regard to its rules on choice of law or conflict of laws. The venue for any dispute is the courts of Denmark.
6. Cookies and privacy
Our privacy policy and cookie policy apply at all times.
7. Other terms and reservations
Tickethero solely facilitates the sale of tickets between the ticket buyer and the responsible organizer. Tickethero is therefore not liable for refunds in connection with a cancellation and accepts no commercial responsibility for them.
Tickethero reserves the right to correct typing and printing errors in its services, including prices and sold-out events.
Tickethero reserves the right to cancel your ticket(s) against a refund of the ticket price. Delivery and ticket fees are not refunded.
Changes or additions to these terms may be made without notice and will be available on this page.
