Transparent prices, no hidden fees, not for your guest either
The price is 3.2 % + DKK 4 excl. VAT per paid ticket, and DKK 0 for free events. That is the whole sum.

If the guest pays the fee, you are paid out DKK 200 per ticket. If you take the fee yourself, you get DKK 187.00. There are no other fees: no card fee, no MobilePay surcharge and no payout fee.

What does it cost to sell tickets with Tickethero?
3.2 % + DKK 4 excl. VAT per paid ticket. That is the whole price.
What will a ticket cost my guest?
A DKK 200 ticket costs the guest DKK 213, because the fee is DKK 13.00 incl. VAT.
Does it cost anything to create an account?
No. You create the account and set up the event without paying anything.
Is there a lock-in or a notice period?
No. No lock-in, no subscription and no notice period.
Who pays the fee, me or my guests?
You choose per event. By default the fee is added to the ticket price; otherwise it comes out of your payout.
Are there hidden fees?
No. No setup fee, no card fees on top, no MobilePay surcharge and no fee for getting your money paid out.
What does a free event cost?
DKK 0. Free tickets and registrations cost nothing, however many there are.
Does support cost extra?
No. You can call or write during opening hours at no cost.
Is Tickethero the cheapest ticketing system?
Not always on the per-ticket price. For expensive tickets there are providers that are cheaper per ticket. Our argument is the structure: free events cost DKK 0, support is included, and there is no lock-in and no hidden fees.
When do I get my money paid out?
After the event, with no fee. We do not state a number of days here until it is settled.
Do I have to add VAT on top of the fee?
Yes. The price is excl. VAT, so DKK 10.40 becomes DKK 13.00 incl. VAT on a DKK 200 ticket.
