A free ticketing system is, with us, a system where registration for free events costs nothing. The guest signs up, gets the ticket by e-mail, and you watch the list grow. It is the same system organizers use to sell tickets, so there is nothing to switch if you one day put a price on.
How it works
Name, date, venue and how many there is room for. Set the price to DKK 0, and registration is free for you and for the guest.
The guest signs up on the phone and gets the ticket by e-mail right away. You watch the list grow as the registrations come in.
Scan the tickets with a phone, or find the guest by name. The attendee list can be printed or opened on a phone, so you know how many chairs to set out.

Is the free ticketing system really free?
Yes. Free events cost DKK 0, however many sign up. There is no setup fee, no subscription and no lock-in.
What if we one day want to charge for a ticket?
Then a paid ticket costs 3.2 % + DKK 4 excl. VAT. Nothing else. MobilePay costs nothing extra.
Do we have to sign anything?
No. There is no contract with lock-in and no notice period. If you stop using the system, there is nothing to cancel.
Does the guest get a real ticket, even though it is free?
Yes. The guest gets the ticket by e-mail with a barcode that can be scanned at the door, just like a paid ticket.
