Door sales have to match what the treasurer later has to book.
Free entry means either empty rows or chairs carried in at the last minute.
The concert has to be set up between two phone calls, without a manual.

3.2 % + DKK 4 excl. VAT per paid ticket. Free events cost DKK 0. No subscription, no setup fee and no lock-in.
Do we have to replace our church software?
No. Tickethero sits alongside it and is used only for what you sell tickets or take registrations for.
Can we have free entry with voluntary payment?
Yes. Set the amount to optional and the guest decides what the concert is worth.
Who helps if we get stuck?
Call +45 69 16 20 30 during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9-15. It costs nothing, and we are happy to set up the first concert with you.
