Tickethero I/S is the data controller for the data we process about you.

1. What we process and why

Ticket purchases. Name, email, phone and payment details, so we can complete your purchase and send your tickets. The legal basis is our agreement with you.

Organiser accounts. Name, email, phone and details about your organisation, so we can provide Tickethero. The legal basis is our agreement with you.

Enquiries. What you write to us, so we can reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in helping you.

Newsletter. Your email, if you have signed up. The legal basis is your consent.

Statistics and marketing. Data about your visit, only if you accept cookies. The legal basis is your consent. See the cookie policy.

Proof of your cookie choice. A random id and your choice, because the law requires us to be able to show consent. Deleted after 12 months, refusals after 1 month.

2. Who receives the data

Payments go through QuickPay, and we do not store your card details. We use data processors for hosting, email, support and statistics, and all of them have a data processing agreement with us. If you accept marketing cookies, we share data with Meta, LinkedIn and Google, who may process it in the US under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

3. How long

We delete your data 5 years after your last activity with us, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

4. Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data, object to processing and withdraw a consent. Write to us via the contact page. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
