1. General

Personal data is any information that can, to some extent, be attributed to you. When you use our website or app, we collect and process a number of such data. 2. The data we collect

If you want to buy and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data to complete the transaction and to offer you our services. We may use cookies to keep track of the contents of your basket while you use our portal.

We may collect information such as name, e-mail address, postal address, delivery address (if it differs from the postal address), phone number, payment details and other information relevant to our service to you.

Tickethero collects and processes your personal data when you:

• complete a purchase of our products
• create an account
• sign up for our newsletter
• send us questions, complaints or feedback
• use our app

3. Legal basis and purpose

We collect your ordinary contact details, such as name and address, in order to deliver the product or service you have bought from us. We collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.

When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name and IP address as well as any other relevant billing information. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfilment of the agreement.

Tickethero works with a third party that handles payment processing. Data is sent encrypted to that third party. This means Tickethero never stores your card details, except for a few digits of the card number so we can show you which card you used for a given transaction. When payments are completed, some of your data is passed on to the third party, including the information needed to complete or support the payment, such as the total amount and billing information.

If you have given us your consent during registration or on our website, we use your e-mail address to send newsletters. You can subscribe and unsubscribe at any time, and every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Where the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase, you will not be able to buy products from us on our website.

Your data is deleted 5 years after your last interaction with Tickethero, except for your e-mail address if you have consented to receiving offers.

The data is also used to identify you as a user and to show you the adverts most likely to be relevant to you. We also use the data to improve our services and content.

4. Other recipients of personal data

We do not transfer your personal data to countries without agreements on the processing of personal data.

Our website is hosted by DigitalOcean and our payment system is provided by QuickPay, which act as our data processors. All personal data you provide on our website is stored in DigitalOcean's data centres.

We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services as well as possible. These suppliers are data processors and in some cases process personal data as part of delivering their services to us. Our data processors only process personal data on our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.

We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with the applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.

5. Your rights

As a data subject you have a number of rights that we must always honour. You have the right to ask us:

• to access and to correct or change your personal data
• to delete personal data

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

If you no longer want us to process your personal data, you can unsubscribe from Tickethero's service at any time. Note that certain personal data is still kept in accordance with applicable law.

6. Security

We have taken technical and organisational measures to prevent your data from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, published, lost, degraded, disclosed to unauthorised parties, misused or otherwise processed in breach of the law.
